This was the first time I'd ever seen these guys......Have they always been around and I was just too busy with my kamikaze-park-touring to notice?? :D

Diana-I think they are always there, but only at certain times/days. I've never been there at the right time to see any of the performers. In March I specifically went to catch Voices of Liberty, I kept waiting around, and then asked & found out they weren't there that day. |
