I can see adding the pins making your page extremely heavy. You could scan them if you have a scanner or make copies of them. Then cut out and adhere to your page.
If you want to actually secure them to a page I would think maybe shortening the point or cutting it off and glueing it to paper?
I keep thinking I'm going to scan some of my kids' favorites and making a pin trading page. You've encouraged me to go and at least dig the box of pins out
