We've used ResalesDVC (Jaki and Kinn) as both buyers and sellers and think they did a fantastic job in both roles.
Bought our initial BWV contract through them in '05 and went straight to them when circumstances moved us to sell 3 small-ish AKV contracts just a few months ago. They found buyers for all three contracts in about 5 weeks.
I think they suggest rational prices to their sellers. But, I imagine all 3 do... A lot of contracts just sit and sit.
