I think Michaels had them with the alphabet stickers, and the actual name is not skittles. I remember them being the the Nostalgiques typewriter letters by Sticko/EKSuccess.

1/2" Epoxy Circles (SPTTYEP01). They're meant to be used the the 1/2" Tiny Tags (SPTAGT01). Looks like they are available on amazon.com
