We are trying to run two at the same time
If one finishes before the other than the next "a" can start. So there are two hosts for the 2nd round - host 2a and host 2b. As soon as one of those finishes, then 3a will start, then 3b. I think I made it too confusing since I haven't had any volunteers yet...
