One thing I noticed is that different is the way you've added it to your signature. I think you used the built in tool which seems to upload and save it locally to MS as a jpg which can't show the transparent background. Try hosting it on another site and adding it to your signature with the [ img ] tags (I.e. the mountain icon)

Just pleeease not too large. Some people are getting a little carried away and their names are so large it's coming across like shouting. It's very distracting. If it continues I'm going to put a width limit in the signature guidelines in addition to the height limit... and I'm now thinking the height limit is too large. Sorry I don't mean to be the meanie (and obviously since you don't have one yet I'm not singling you out), the creative signatures are fine... just shrink them down....please! Thanks
