Thanks so much for starting this... I think this is a wonderful idea!
I'd like to suggest, however, that everyone post their layouts directly in this forum (in the respective challenge thread, that is). This way, it will be easy for viewers to see the layouts, and they won't have to scroll down to find the appropriate post. My preference would be for everyone to post the same layout in two places, but if that is too cumbersome we can move the posts to the appropriate forums after the challenge. It may be an extra step, but I think making it easier to view is worth the extra effort.
