I got the logo from someone on the DISboards a few years back. I'm new at all this but I'd be happy to send it to you. Just tell me how to do that.

From Template Challenge #51: The colors and boxes from the template actually worked with my plan - and I don't have a ton of digi supplies yet - so I made them a part of the finished product too.
