Weekly Challenge #15 (12/23 to 1/5)
We're about to embark on a new year so for this challenge we're going to make it new.
1. Use a kit or product in your stash that you've never used before. It could be a something you purchased that you "just had to have". Or maybe it's a freebie you downloaded but never found a use for. (Be sure to let us know what the new product is when you post.) 2. Use a font you've never used before. 3. Make it Disney related in some way. This is a two-week challenge so you have until January 5 to post your layout. (And don't forget, if you haven't completed the previous challenge, you have until December 29 to finish it up.) HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! Here's my layout. I have so much that I've never used before that it was hard to decide which product(s) to finally dust off. I went with Life's Bazaar (recolored) and I Was Framed, both by Haynay Designs. And the new font I used is Miss Brooks for the journaling. CREDITS

Loved this one, perfect for me because I've had this kit by Britt-ish Designs since before my trip to Disney World last week and been wanting to use it. I also just downloaded a bunch of fonts.

My children are old enough that they remember this great parade. I can still feel the "goose bumps" I experienced every time the music started. We must have seen the parade 25 times or more, but the thrill was always there. I just wish my grandchildren could see it too! Thanks for your comments!

Thank you for the incentive to use something we haven't used before. I think this should be a requirement for the next few challenges!!
I used Britt-ish Designs Galactic Alliance for the first time (but certainly not the last with all of the fans in my house). And I also used Pea Bandit and A Little Pot fonts for the first time.

Thanks - you had me downloading fonts for over an hour!!! But it was fun and gave me the inspiration to finally track down all those cool fonts I see in everybody else's layouts! Here's mine:
