It is yummy. The recipe I use is as follows.
300g biscuits (digestives, hobnobs, chocolate digestives/ hobnobs or ginger biscuits all work well) 70g butter 397g Tin Nestle caranation Caramel 2 large bananas 350ml double cream 1 rbsp icing (confectioners) sugar 1 flake Crumble the biscuits either by hand or in a blender, melt the butter and combine with the biscuits. Push into the bottom of a 10" pie dish with removable base. Chill in the fridge for an hour. remove the base from the flan dish and put on a cake plate. Smooth the caramel across the biscuit base and chill for a further hour. Slice the banana and layer it across the caramel. Whip the cream with the icing sugar until it forms peaks adn then smooth acroos the bananas and caramel. Sprinkle the flake chocolate across the top and chill until ready to serve. Enjoy everyone - it is very sweet so you don't need a big portion

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digestive_biscuit
It does mention in there about Graham Crackers being the US/Canadian substitute. |

Ahh very informative. I've read Agatha Christie's and she sometimes talks about biscuits and I kinda figured they were cracker like, but graham crackers are even better!
