<<<<Here for Speed Scrap #116 (with Leslie)>>>>
I'll be in the chat room in about 40 minutes
Here is what you are playing for, I am giving extra time for this one so you will have til midnight EST tonight to finish! Reminder there is an Awesome Goody Bag for everyone that completes each challenge my noon tomorrow as well! There will be 7 instructions total: 1. I love using as many photos as possible on a page. You must use at least 6 photos for this page. And of course you can always use more! 2. I am totally into paper stacks right now. Make sure that your background consists of a paper stack at least 4 layers thick! 3. In creating your paper stack make sure you have a good mixture of patterns and solids! 4. I almost always frame or mat my photos. Make sure at least one of your photos has a frame or mat. 5. Embellishments create depth and texture. It is late in the speed scrap marathon and I am sure you are tired so I am giving you free reign with your embellishments. Just make sure to use at least 3 different ones. 6. Titles can really make the page. When creating your title use a font in combination with an Alpha. 7. I know a picture is worth a thousand words. But for me a layout is just not complete without journaling and the date. Make sure to add some journaling and date the page. Our Great-Grandchildren will appreciate our stories. I just hope none of mine are grammar Nazis! lol! If you have any questions, post them here. Make sure to click the little blue icon in the top right hand corner of your screen to join our chat! Praise and PP will be handed out by tomorrow am! Thanks for playing! Last edited by leslie_537; 08-12-2012 at 02:59 PM. |
