It looks like cruise and fantasyland are tied. Since I want to get this challenge going (especially since it's a one month challenge), I'm going to make the final decision now.
The theme for DC12 is: NAUTICAL The cruise line definitely fits into that but since so many people have never been on a cruise it opens it up just a bit. Anything to do with sailing will work; obviously the cruise line, but also Duffy in his sailor suit, everyone's favorite duck - Donald, oceanside themed resorts, and maybe Typhoon Lagoon's shipwreck? I'm getting a color palette together but unlike the color challenges, this palette will give you suggestions (to ensure all of the minis work well together) without limiting you. So feel free to add colors to the palette to suit your interpretation of the theme. I've never been on a Disney cruise, but from the pictures I've seen, I'm thinking blues, red, yellow, browns, black, and white. Any colors I'm missing or am I completely missing the boat  ?

Red, blue and white are the main colors I remember seeing though each ship has it's own style.
If it helps each cruise always has a Pirate Night and longer ones have semi-formal and formal nights. Jim

Do we have an end date yet? And I know you were working on a palette for us, How soon do you think we will get that?
I want to start working on this ASAP - since I am slow (and VERY new to this!) I need all the time I can get!! Thanks for all of your hard work!!! I can't wait to try my hand at this again! Shahar
