Boy this one was the hardest one yet! I hope I followed this correctly. I didn't do a reflection, but I did work on manipulating my photos and reusing elements for a new purpose. Here goes:

I have never used a photo as background before so that was my new technique. I used glitter paper as a mat for my photo. For my repurposed item, I used a flower in place of the dot on the letter i in my title.
Thanks for the challenge and pp! http://www.mousescrappers.com/forums...ed=1#post96713

Unfortunately my technique is taking longer than I had thought it would... I'm going to be getting mine up late, but it will be coming!
Thanks for hosting Lisa, and for a challenge! |

Thanks for the challenge, but I still am not happy with my page.
I used the filter technique (threshold) and just didnt know what to do with it once I used it. Link to thread:http://www.mousescrappers.com/forums...ed=1#post96718

not that proud of it - I'll rework with more time -- had fun trying new techniques though! Thank you for the challenge and the prize! |

AAAHHHH!!! What a challenge! I'm a newbie and jumped off the cliff and tried the "globe"! I'm pretty happy with the globe - just not the reflection...need to rework. But got it done in time.
Thanks Lisa for the CHALLENGE and to Kelly for the PP! I posted in the thread More Disney Fun - General Layouts - Title Pages / Covers: http://www.mousescrappers.com/forums...6730#post96730 I also posted in the SS #96 Gallery: http://www.mousescrappers.com/photos...ind-21&cat=912 |

96 Star Wars on Parade
This was a challenge to say the least. I did A LOT of recoloring; which I wasn't sure how to recolor clip art, but figured it out! I also cut out parts of the paper to let the paper behind it come through. Doesn't sound hard, but it took me forever to figure out to add the alpha channel. Thanks for the great PP! Oh, I used the star shapes as part of the title since you could only use one word. Hope it makes sense now!

Also posted here: http://www.mousescrappers.com/forums...6763#post96763 Thanks for the challenge! Also, forgot to add, I blended photos and two papers for the background. Also played with the photos to enhance the details and colors. The little squares in my clusters are photo frames. |
