Malware on Magical Kingdoms.com
Just wanted to let you know that magical kingdoms.com seems to be having malware issues. When I tried to view a page on MouseScrappers using Google Chrome, a big warning message appeared (because the page had one or more people that had a ticker from magical kingdoms in their signature).
I also found this below on http://www.google.com/safebrowsing/d...l kingdoms.com (remove the space from the url) Quote:
If anyone hears that their problems have been cleared up, let me know and I will see if I think it's safe to unblock. Thanks for your understanding

I even removed my html from my signature too ... are there any countdowns that we should use instead? I don't want to have to keep changing signatures all the time ... it is a shame that these sites get hacked ... some people need to get a real hobby instead of putting malware in stuff.

How frustrating. Goofy's girl, you're absolutely right, they need to find something better to do with their time.

I notice some people are using 'MickeyPath' and 'myvacationcountdown' - seems to be 'safe' at the moment. Too bad I don't know how to make tickers so we don't have to go to other sites.
To get a message out to me/the rest of the board, you can post a message on the Facebook fan page, or on Twitter. Thanks! Carol

I removed mine, also, and made some new ones. Such a shame, now my counters are back to zero!

still looks like they are having issues. I just checked Google again. If only I can figure out how to make a ticker... hmm...

Carol those tickers are all pure html coding ... and with this site wouldn't you be able to use this as your hosting site for anyone that uses it?
I found this site ..... http://www.7is7.com/otto/countdhelp.html Only thing is how do you take all that and make a page where people can put their info in and a countdown clock be generated -- that .... is . the . question. I used to write my own html ... for webpage design .... I haven't fiddled with it in years. If I come across more info I will pass it along. Looks like a lot of people are using MyVacationCountdown.com and haven't had any problems. It would be cool if this site had their own ticker clock. |

Okay - now that would be cool! Just think of how many people would come over here to get tickers???
