*****>Here for Speed Scrap #126<*****
Good Morning fellow marathoners!! I am super stoked to be kicking off the Speed Scrap Marathon for the second year in a row. It is such a treat!! As usual because this is after all Mousescrappers, your layout needs to be Disney-related (or surrounding area parks) you need to follow the instructions below & post your completed LO's in this thread , and in the appropriate sub-topic forum. Make sure you post the sub-forum link here too.
Here's the way it works: There will be 7 instructions in total. The first will be posted on the hour. The second at ten past. Third at twenty past. Fourth at half past. Fifth at twenty to. Sixth at ten to. The final instruction on the close of the hour. All of the instructions will be added to this post. If you join late don’t worry that you missed the start you can still play just follow the rules for your layout and get it uploaded before the deadline. Deadline for this speed scrap is 8 p.m. EST tonight. 1) choose an even number of photos to work with. 2 or 4 or even 6 if you are feeling adventurous! try to keep the focus in the center of the page 2) no frames or matting on this layout tilt the photo to add character but no frames or mats 3) foliage foliage foliage I would like to see at least 6 representations of leaves or branches, you can repeat the same one over and over or use multiple examples but I would like to see a ton of foliage! 4) I love a big bold title, so let's see one!! Use a word art or make your own, but it has to be made with an alpha and be big and bold! 5) 5) flowers flowers flowers to go along with all that foliage I would like to see at least 10 flowers on your page you can repeat some but a total of 10 should be on the page 6) it's no secret that I am in love with flair buttons so I would like to see at least 2 on your page! 7) add at least 2 ribbons, a journal tag with at least one sentence of journaling and be sure to rock your shadows Upload to SS #126 by 8:00pm EST to be eligible for the SS prize. Also, please try to leave some loves for your fellow participants. I know I appreciate it when someone takes the time to tell me what they thought of my layout. So spread you love around! Here's my layout: also posted here: http://www.mousescrappers.com/forums...590#post124590 Last edited by Kellybell; 01-18-2013 at 08:06 AM. |

Question
I am new to mousescrappers so on the speed scrap do they have to be mousescrappers kits or can it be any kits? Thank you in advance.

Playing along too, but have to leave to pick up my daughter at a friend (it's almost 5pm overhere). I'll finish when I'm home!
Thanks so far for hosting, Kelly.
