>>> Here for Project 2015 May Speed Scrap <<<
It's the end of the month so lets catch up and chat! Join me in the chatroom (little blue bubble in the top right) in a few minutes to discuss last months progress and to get the SS instructions!
7 instructions will be given, one every ten minutes over the hour of the chat. If you can't join us in the chat don't worry, I'll be posting the instctions below. There is no prize, the aim is simply to get another page done! Instructions 1. This is the 5th month of project 2015 - so choose 5 or more photographs . 2. This is all about getting memories recorded! Choose a template to make things a little easier, but I want you to edit it in some way (even just adding/deleting an a photo spot or flipping it) - this is a great way to stretch your stash and get more pages completed! 3. I want to see some paper stacking behind your photos . Use a mix of solids and patterned but no more than 5 different papers! 4. Along with the paper stacking I want to see you use some ribbons/string/ric-rac to add some extra depth! I want to see at least 5 (can be the same one repeated). 5. Getting pages completed can sometimes mean doing things quick! Keep the elements a bit more simple! I want to see no more than 5 different elements or your page!! 6. I want your page to have a little character (even if your pictures aren't from a character meet). Use some clip art, something that represents a character to you, or even just a Mickey Head. 7. I want to see some journaling ! Spend some extra time thinking about the memories behind the photos. YOU might know everything there is to know about the photos, but your book will be passed through the generations... and who knows what will have changed by the time your children are grown! Here's my page, I finally got around to doing the co-ordinating page to my Kimono page I created for the marathon (OK, I admit it, it was for the 2014 marathon ): Also posted in the Picking a Pearl at the Mikimoto Store thread. Don't forget to post your page in the Project 2015 Speed Scraps gallery and link to the apporpriate thread. Also, feel free to share your layout on our Pinterest board.

Thanks for the fun instructions! I modified my template by making all of the pics larger and adding one additional picture.

I removed two photo spots and stretched a square to a rectangle, and the only instruction I 'cheated' on was #3

OK - finally posting a page. I modified the template by taking out the middle row of pictures and used a page starter (counts as one element, right? ) I followed all of the rest of the directions...... and got another page done, which is most important. Thanks so much for hosting! I enjoyed chatting with you!
