Looks good to me. I think kit organization is such a personal matter. For me, I usually keep my kits organized by designer. I have done a few other folders that more categorized though: Disney, Christmas, Halloween, Travel, etc. I like keeping my kits by designer for each designer has their own "look" and style. This way if I'm doing a page, I can keep with that designer to have my page coordinate better.

Great list! I've recently moved away from designer storage (unless it's a CT) and to theme organizing. I really love it. For Disney I have figured it all out yet, my themes are pretty generic such as princesses and pirates.

One thing I'm still debating is where to put embellishments or word art packs or add ons. For example, the PP from Britt's speed scrap was cool word art and stuff related to Tinkerbell. Do I put it in a word art file or a fairies file? I'm still trying to figure out if I need to sort frames, ellie packs, word art, etc. within the Disney files.

I'm sure I'm making it harder than it needs to be! LOL

Why not put it in the WA file.... then add a copy of just the preview (which is small) renamed 'WA File' to your Fairy file? I add a copy of the preview renamed with its location, to every other location that it is relevent.... that way I don't forget I have something else that works in another file somewhere

Teresa,

I have my Disney digital things sorted similar to yours. e.g. I have a folder named "Characters". Inside the Characters folder I have a sub-folder for say Belle. Then inside Belle's folder I have the following sub folders:
A - Belle Clip Art
A - Belle Frames
A - Belle Paper
A - Belle Quick Pages
A - Belle WordArt

I place the one of a kind freebies I collect into these folders. Then I just load the kits into Belle folder and they list under the above folders. I have folders for each park with sub folders inside the main folder. I use the same folder system for all my digi supplies not just Disney. I am guilty of breaking up kits and separating the items into the different folders. That is why I do not post my layouts as I cannot always give credit to the person that created the item. I do try to add the creator's name when I save the item but it is not always easy to do so. I have a "gazillon" folders and it may be cumbersome to some but it works for me. If your system works for you, I say go for it.

I like to save my scrapbook supplies by theme, both paper and digi.

Vickie
