Fixed 'stuck' images at front of galleries

It took forever since it's pretty tedious (ack), but I fixed a number of telephone challenge layouts that were stuck at the front of the participants' galleries. I may have missed some so if you participated in a telephone challenge (most likely 2010 or earlier) and your layout is stuck at the front of your gallery let me know.

I always wondered why those certain pages were stuck to the front of my gallery! Never put it together that they were all telephone layouts.

I still have one stuck at the front. It's my test track page. But it's just the one and no biggie. It's been there this long if it stays longer oh well!

Thanks Carol! I noticed that today, and at first thought someone deleted some layouts from my gallery! LOL! than I realized what it was! Thank you for looking out for us and all your hard work!
