Editing submitted photos

I've searched and just cannot find the tab for "photo options" to edit photos once they are in the gallery, I read somewhere it's on the far right of the blue tab and I just do not see it, any more specific help would be greatly appreciated, thanks so much!!

It's there - but it's usually out of screen view. Scroll your screen all the way to the right. The photo options tab is there on the far right hand side.
