Here is my page Lisa. Thank you for pushing me to try something new. I am not good at blending, so I blended a photo AND feathered the edge of the photo to blend that as well, which I have never done before. I also used a gear as a frame for my date.

Technique Challenge: 1 Technique – use a font to create an alpha (that is what you meant for technique I hope) 2. Used 1 paper to make the alpha 3. I used a frame and repurposed it as a paper topper (removed 3 of the sides). For the butterfly, I used the “intensify” filter in my software. I also tried the built-in brushes that came with my software (the heart confetti). 4. Added an outline color and embossed effect to the alpha. Also posted: HERE I hope I followed the steps. The technique I used was blending the photo with the background. I used a vine from another kit and made it into a frame around the photo. I also used a sparkle brush to make the sparkles and used a gold glitter style to make them shiny. I am going to look further into the blending of the photo. I also like the relfection technique you used. Thank you for hosting! |

I could have used more time but I'm off to my niece's program. I've been wanting to try to combine my photo with one taken by a photopass CM. Here's by attempt:

Thanks for hosting!
I think I tried to make this much harder than it really was, I kept feeling like it could be better but it is what it is and I am pretty sure it meets all the requirements. Again thanks for hosting and thanks for the PP: also here
