Best size for double layouts?

I'm trying ot upload Double layouts. I don't really want to split them as they are designed and printed as doubles, but they are appearing really small in the gallery. I have saved them as 1200x600. Is this the best size to use?

What some people do for the gallery is upload the left page by itself, the right page by itself, and then a (smaller) version of both together in the same photo {since the max gallery size is 600x600, I guess it would have to be 600 wide x 300 high?}. In the forums, I post the left page and (without leaving a space) post the right page immediately next to it so it looks like it is all one layout (at least on most monitors, hopefully). Here is an example http://mousescrappers.com/forums/sho...3223#post63223.

Thanks Carole. When I look at your example, I see the left page above the right.

I've uploaded them all as 600x300 but they do look small.

Yeah the left page appears above the right for me as well unless I have my browser maximized. It just depends on how each user's monitor and settings (mine is 1366x768). Just gotta hope that most people can see them both together Sorry, that is pretty much the best we can do with the gallery constraints
