I am proud!
What I am most proud of myself is the fact that I really did try my best on every challenge. Even if I wasn't "sure" about one of the instructions. I used to think I didn't like the project life style pages....and now I love them! I am also proud of myself for pushing outside my comfort zone and trying new things.

This was my first speed scrap. I am fairly new to digital scrapbooking and had no idea what to expect. I had hoped for the 10K medal, but finished all the challenges. A couple were very hard for me, but I learned a lot by trying some new things. I did not think I would like SS #188 as it only allowed B&W (other than the pictures), but it wound up being one of my favorite layouts and galleries.
I am most excited that I finished 15 layouts for our Jan. 2015 trip! Thanks again!

I am happy I was able to complete the marathon this year. I haven't scrapped in a while and it felt good to be creating again. These are a couple of my favorites:

I am so proud that I finished! It seems that each marathon brings challenges, usually I am out of town for gymnastics during the marathon but this time I was home. However being home was not as easy as it sounds, I had my four kids home with me and I had agreed to keep my sisters four kids so there were 8 kids running all over. In the past I completed the marathon but did not earn the PP for each challenge and this time I DID!
The following are the LO that I loved the most: This one just fell together and reminded me that my baby isn't this little anymore. This was from a few trips ago and I love this picture of him! Next is my DL LO, I tried a few new things and stepped out of my normal box of scrapping and I love the results! And finally was a LO from an adults only trip, I loved the colors and everything just sitting together in the middle!

I'm proud of myself for completing all the challenges, and all the games so far! It was a busy weekend but I did it! I really liked my first layout, this is the only one I don't think I need to tweak!

To start, I am proud of myself for completing 11 out of the 15 layouts for my first Marathon while also juggling helping my sister with my niece's christening.
The layouts I am most proud of are my pocket style pages. I'm finally finding my style of creating them and being more comfortable with the process. The third thing that I am most proud of is my Mine Train layout for SS # 191. I had completed the entire layout and went to save the page and PSE decided to crash and I lost the entire page (at 2:00AM no less). I was able to put the page back together in about 20 minutes before quickly completing SS #192's layout (getting up for work was not fun 4 hours later). |

All right, I'll play. I hate to talk about myself, but I'll give it a go...
I am proud of myself because I finished the marathon for the third year in a row! I also feel like I got my scrapping mojo back. Here are my 2 favorite LOs from the speed scraps. I don't ever do black/white LOs, but I like the way this one turned out. I like the subject matter in this one!

I'm proud that I actually completed all 15 speed scraps! I was gone most of Saturday & Sunday, but got them done!
These are 2 of my favorite layouts from the marathon

I am most proud of myself for completing the full marathon this year!
It was the start of Spring Break for us and we were out of town so I missed most of the chats, but managed to scrap my first (and probably last) LO in a moving car. I had to wrap myself in a sunshade to block the glare and upload it at a restaurant stop on the road, but I got it done in time!! If I had to pick one favourite LO of my own from the weekend it would have to be this one! I think her face says it all! |

I am happy that I was able to complete the marathon and this year got all the layouts done in time for the PP. I was looking through my meager gallery and realized that I liked my layouts from last year's SS Marathon much better than this year's. I haven't scrapped since last year's marathon as 2014 was a really crappy year for me and I needed this to get me scrapping again. So, while not overjoyed with the results, it got the creative juices flowing again.
My favorite page was this one, not because I tried anything new, just liked how it ended up. Michelle did force us to blend some papers and I actually like how mine turned out (and I didn't use a template!) The last page I liked was the first one where I actually liked how I used the ribbons. For some reason, ribbons and I don't get along. |
