Weekly Challenge #41 - 6/30 - 7/6
 

Hi everyone

It may seem like I am posting a little early but Wednesday has just started here in the UK. I am working all day tomorrow and it is my long day so I wanted to get this posted so you were not all waiting on me :whistle:

I am so excited to be hosting my first weekly challenge here at Mouse scrappers. So far I have only hosted template challenges and speed scraps so this is pretty new to me. I have had fun creating a little minnie mini kit for your prize. I really hope you like it and can make use of it. Here is the kit preview and a layout I scrapped with it so you can see how cute it is :) I decided to go with Minnie's pink polka dots because there are already so many awesome traditional colored kits out there.

Ok so to win this participation prize you just have to follow these few rules.

1) In honour of the 4th July holiday this weekend you can only scrap in red, white and blue.
2) To represent the 3 colors of the American flag include 3 photos on your layout.
3) Include a star or two on your layout, it could be an embellishment, star print paper, ribbon or pixie dust etc
4) Create some form of horizontal lines on your layout, either with paper, photos, ribbons, journaling etc.
5) Finally to claim your prize; upload your layout to the Mousescrappers Gallery in the ‘Weekly Challenge’ section. Post your layout in the correct park, ride, resort etc forum thread and finally post your ‘linked’ layout image in this thread so we can leave you some love. It would also be really helpful if you could post the link to the forum you posted your layout in when you reply with your layout image to this thread. Clear as mud :lol:

It all stands for Sealed With a Loving Kiss after I finished out kit I found out that in the USA you say S.W.A.K which doesn't sound quite so friendly to me :lol:

This was a hard one, colors red, white and blue means Holland for me, but this was supposed to be something different. Made a Donald Duck layout about it, hope you all like it.

Sorry.... I couldn't get the sizing right so it was pretty small when I posted it on the board. So I used the photobucket link. LOL I will finally figure out the sizing.

Carmen in the gallery click on your small preview image and it will take you to a larger image of your lo, right click on the larger image to get the url address and then post this address in the forum with the [IMG] [/IMG] tags wrapped around the address and your lo should appear large in the forum. Hope this helps :)

I did that, but it was still small. Who knows what I did wrong. That was the only one I had made that did like that. :confused: maybe I just reduced to much to start off with when I finished making it?? Thanks for your help!! :yeah:
