Also, a few of you were talking last night during the chat that you were running out of ideas, photos, etc. I told you about my spreadsheet to keep me organized and said I would share it.

It's extremely simply. It's just an excel spreadsheet. I only print my books with Shutterfly so each book allows me 101 pages. I have page numbers in two columns and just begin laying out the pages on paper.

I have one tab with a blank template and another tab that shows you what I'm working right now for our Thanksgiving trip. I print the page, keep it on my desk, and line them out as I complete them.

Remember it's a work in progress as well so I do sometimes swap things around as I go along. Changing Right to Left or moving the layout around completely or decide I need to do another page so then I have to decide what I can give up.

Really helps to keep me focused and on track. !

Watch for instructions to be posted here:

Step 1) YOUR LAYOUT MUST BE A RIDE LAYOUT. ANY RIDE AT ANY DISNEY THEME PARK BUT IT CANNOT BE TRANSPORTATION SUCH AS PLANES, TRAINS, AND AUTOMOBILES (THAT’S FOR MY BFF :))..MONORAILS, FERRIES, ETC.. YOU GET THE PICTURE.

Step 2) SELECT YOUR PHOTOS. YOU NEED AT LEAST 4 AND ONE MUST BE LARGER THAN ALL THE REST.

Step 3) PICK YOUR PAPERS. YOU MUST USE AT LEAST 4 PAPERS OF YOUR CHOICE!

Step 4) LET’S START CLUSTERING. I’VE BEEN WORKING WITH CLUSTERS LATELY SO I WAN TO SEE SOME CLUSTERS! YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 CLUSTERS WITH A MINIMUM OF 3 ELEMENTS. YOU CAN USE THE SAME ELEMENTS FOR EACH CLUSTER BUT IT CAN NOT BE ARRANGED THE SAME.

Step 5) I LOVE BLING! I WANT TO SEE AT LEAST ONE SPARKLE, SPARKLE TRAIL, BLING OR GLITTER ELEMENT

Step 6) DON’T FORGET THE ALL IMPORTANT HIDDEN MICKEY SOMEWHERE IN YOUR LAYOUT

Step 7) FINALLY YOU MUST ADD A TITLE. IF YOU WISH YOU CAN ADD A DATE, JOURNALING OR OTHER TOUCHES YOU NEED TO FINISH YOUR LAYOUT.

Alright you are all done! Now finish up your page and post it in the Speed Scrap #98 Gallery and then post in the appropriate ride attraction thread in the forum. The come back and make your post in this thread. Your post must include:

1) your LO

2) a link that will take me to your LO in the #98 Speed Scrap Gallery

3) a link that will take me to your LO in the attraction thread you also posted in
4) Don’t forget to update your spot in the Master Thread with the link to your layout for credit for the half and full marathon prizes and medal!

Then be sure to leave some love for the other Speed Scrappers!!

my bling/sprakle got tricky since it didn't seem to fit well. But, I made my hidden mickey a piece of sparly gold! and my third cluster is the ribbon cluster (there are 3 there; 2 of the same one)

Just finished dinner and getting the kids ready for bed. The LOs posted so far are spectacular...I don't think I can compete!! Ride pictures...I only have a few, my daughter was only 2, so we didn't do many rides and the few we did, It's a Small World, for example, the pics are horrible. Okay, Let the scrapping continue!!:yes:
