Slow time of year?
 

I have noticed that the challenges have slowed down quite a bit. Is it because of the holiday season? I wish I was a designer so I could contribute to the different challenges...:(

I've noticed the same thing. I've tried to stay active to keep things going.

I'm hoping there's a jump with the marathon coming up.

That is my hope as well, Jlynn. I look forward to all the excitement the marathon brings. I miss chatting, sharing and scrapping, but I too have been MIA for several months. Life has just gotten hectic and finding time to scrap and chat has become a challenge. :(

I am hopeful that the marathon will spark the desire to scrap again for myself and many others. :flowers:

Yes, the holidays have always been quieter around the site than other times of the year. There are always lots of things going on 'offline', lol. But in general, things have been a little sleepy around MS over the last few months. I've gotten a number of messages from people apologizing for not being on - that they've missed it but they've had no scrapping mojo or are just busy with life. At the same time I'm seeing lots of anticipation and excitement about the upcoming marathon, and though I know people may be burned out on scrapping afterwards, I hope that being back on the site during the marathon will help them reconnect with MS friends and will help them to remember to pop in every now and then to say hello, even if they aren't currently scrapping. :)

I hope so. I have never done a marathon. Not sure how it works....I will try to check it out.
