New activities?
I really love the weekly challenges, but I'm wondering if there is enough interest to try some additional activities? e.g. do we dare try a speed scrap (is there enough people?)... or a template challenge?
Ideas are welcome... chime in with yays or nays...

I would love a template challenge. I have no idea how to make a template but love to use them!
I've never done a speed scrap, I always seem to be busy during the time it is going on.

I love speed scraps! A Disney speed scrap would be really fun. Of course, scheduling is always difficult, but if we scatter them out (evening one week, daytime the next) it might give everyone a chance to participate.

I've not done anything other than the weekly challenge but am up for trying something new. I haven't used templates yet as I haven't figured out how to import them and use them in Storybook Creator.

I think both sound great!
The template challenge could be used by both paper and digi scrappers (the paper can "lift" the idea onto their pages). Speed Scrap would be technically more difficult for paper scrappers though, I would imagine. (although, I think I did do some paper layouts in an hour or so. As long as the directions kept paper scrappers in mind, it should work for them too). EX: Nothing toooo hard for paper. Shapes ok, strips, ribbon, buttons, doodles ok.Number of photos and papers ok. Glitter (can you do glitter in paper scrapping wihtin an hour?) alphas and fonts would be ok. Just trying to play fairly here! |
