Welcome Welcome Welcome!!!!

Good Evening everybody!!! Are you ready for some scrappin'?? Grab a snack, pour yourself a drink, and let's get ready to go!!!

For this speed scrap, you'll be getting an instruction every 10 minutes, for a total of 7 instructions.

Instructions will be posted here as well as in the Chatroom, where I'll be hanging out! (since my layout's already done!)

And remember, here's what you're scrappin' for:

I'll be updating this first post in the thread with the instructions as well as handing them out in the chat room HERE

Here's some more rule mumbo-jumbo:

* make sure to follow all the Speed Scrap instructions I will be revealing over the next hour.

* make sure you post in the Speed Scrap #17 Gallery in the Mouse Scrappers Gallery. You need to select this gallery from the drop down menu the first time you upload so it won't mess up your links!!

* post your LO in the relevant attraction/venue thread that your page goes in.

* post your LO with a link to the credits in the gallery.

* So when you post your finished layout here, there should be 2 links: to the SS#17 gallery, and to the appropriate forum thread!

* comment on your fellow Speed Scrappers LOs please!

*PLEASE DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS THREAD!!! you will be bombarded with emails and the server will likely crash!!

I don't want to be responsible for breaking stuff!

and PM me if you have any trouble/questions during the scrap!

So here we go!!!!

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. choose at least 3 photos. One should be sized slightly larger than the others as a 'focal point' pic. Arrange them on the page so that at least 2 of them are touching each other.

2. pick at least 3 different papers, 1 of which must be patterned.

3. use at least 1 ribbon, string or paper strip (yes, you can double-dip this instruction with #2 if you'd like)

4. Get messy! I want to see some paint/glitter splats or sprinkles or something similar somewhere.

5. 3 Embellies x's 3! Take 3 elements and repeat them 3 times each. Is that too much math for a speed scrap? :P Embellish some more however you like.

6. Add a Mickey!!! it doesn't have to be "hidden" per se, but pay homage to the Mouse on your LO!

7. Title, Journal and date your LO however you like!!

Upload to the Speed Scrap #17 gallery and post in this thread by 1AM CT to claim your prize!

Hi everybody! I really wish that the SS was going to be all in here! It's way too hard to try and keep up with the flying conversation and scrap at the same time. On the other forums I belong to they have Chat n Scraps that are separate from the Speed Scraps. It's especially hard on the ladies who are new to the scraps. JMO

Anyway - I'm ready!
