Hi Ladies!

Is everyone exhausted? I was caught up when I went to bed last night, but had to play some major catch up this afternoon. I'm determined to finish them all! Hopefully you all are able to do as many as you can!!

Here's the details for our SECOND TO LAST speed scrap:
1.) You must follow all the instructions below. I will post an instruction every ten minutes. The first instruction will be at 6PM EST and then 1 instruction every ten minutes until 7.

2.) Post your finished layout here in this thread, and then in the appropriate sub-topic forum thread. Be sure to include the link to the sub forum thread with your layout in this thread.

****It is very important that you post your layout in this thread because I will be referring to this thread to pass out the prizes.*****

3) Post a direct link of your layout into the Master Thread. This is how the goody bags will be given out, so it's also very important that you post them there as well! I know that sounds like a lot, but you want both the individual SS PP and the goody bag if you qualify and we don't want to miss anyone!!

If you join late, don't worry I will be extremely nice about the deadline - you have until 2PM ET Monday April 4 for my SS :)

Here's what you're playing for. While October Dawn Designs doesn't currently sell anywhere, she has been extremely generous with her donations & time. Not only does she have this PP but she's donated a lot for the goody bags!

1. ONE PHOTO. MAKE THE PHOTO ABOUT SOMETHING YOU'VE WAITED FOR. FOR EXAMPLE, WAITING IN LINE, WAITING TO TAKE THAT DREAM VACATION TO DISNEY OR THE CRUISE YOU'VE ALWAYS WANTED TO TAKE. MAYBE YOU HAD TO WAIT TO RIDE A CERTAIN RIDE, OR YOUR CHILD HAD TO WAIT UNTIL HE WAS BIG ENOUGH TO DO SOMETHING.... ETC)

2. MAT OR FRAME YOUR PICTURE AND PUT A TITLE OR WORD STRIP UNDERNEATH THE PICTURE

3. USE A PATTERNED PAPER AS A BACKGROUND AND SINCE I KNOW HOW MUCH Y'ALL HATE ONLY ONE PAPER, YOU MAY ADD ANY OTHER AMOUNT OF PAPER IN ANY OTHER WAY

4. I AM SERIOUSLY ADDICTED TO WORD STRIPS. USE AT LEAST 3 (DON'T HAVE ANY? MAKE YOUR OWN!)

5. SCATTER, SPLATTER, MIX THAT MATTER. USE A SCATTER OR A SPLATTER OF PAINT (YEAH, LAME LINE BUT MY LO IS ABOUT THE TIKI ROOM)

6. EMBELLISH - USE AT LEAST ONE CLUSTER (WITH 4+ ITEMS IN IT). ADD ANYTHING ELSE

7. JOURNAL. I MEAN, YOU'RE GIVING ME A PHOTO ABOUT WAITING. TELL ME WHAT YOU WAITED FOR!!! NOW FINISH IT ALL UP WITH ANYTHING ELSE IT NEEDS.

I won't be able to join in tonight (need to catch up on 1 speed scrap after our dancing class), but will finish my page tomorrow morning. It's 10.30 pm, after the page i still have to do, I'm going to bed.

I have had my layout done for the last hour....the site was running so slow I couldnt get in now I can login into the forum but the gallery it tells me welcome but when I try to get to a gallery I have to login again and again but it doesnt keep me logged in.

JLynn, question for clarification - you mention in the master thread at the top to post the link to the gallery, but in this thread you reference posting the direct link to the post of your layout.
I have been posting to the gallery. Is that ok too? thanks

Yes, you post to the gallery, and in the gallery there is actually a link called "direct link". Basically, instead of posting the image in the master thread, you just post the link so the thread doesn't expand with the pictures in there. Does that make sense?
