Meeting Donald at Chef Mickey. Both the title ("Donald Duck") and Donald are from the Mickey & Friends Cricut cart. I made Donald's hat white (rather than blue) and cut off the hat tail to look like his chef's hat in the pictures.

 my daughter wanted nothing to do with the characters--well...she did...kept calling for them but when they came near she balked (she was actually trying to get down to get away)

Major edit!! This was at DisneyLand...not wdw as I first stated. So that would make it December of 2001 (not March 2000). Figured out the show it followed....Goofy's Beach Blast...Donald was the director
 Should add in that I'm positive it was at California Adventure
